Private classes (duration 60 min):

 

POLE DANCING:

Energetic pole dancing: In this class you will learn the basics of pole dancing safely and efficiently with a professional instructor. You will learn basic spins and cool tricks on pole while having fun. Note: This class includes no choreography, but focuses on pole technique.

The magic of pole dancing: This is a choreographic pole class for those who enjoy dancing. At first you will learn a few basic spins and pole tricks that are then combined into a nice and easy choreography. If requested in advance, you can pick the song for the choreography.

Pole Diva: This is the class for you if you enjoy dancing on heels. Leave your worries behind, wear something that makes you feel sexy and let your inner diva out! At first you will learn a few basic spins and pole tricks that are then combined into a sultry and graceful choreography. You can bring your heels with you or dance barefoot. If requested in advance, you can pick the song for the choreography.

 

OTHER PRIVATE CLASSES:

Aerial Yoga: Nurture your mind and body with a relaxing and calming Aerial Yoga class. In this class you will use a hammock that is hanging from the ceiling at hip height. Traditional yoga poses are combined with some poses that are only possible using the hammock. Going upside down is optional, but if you choose to try it, you will always get professional assistance from the instructor. The class is especially good for alleviating tension in the back and shoulder area. Aerial Yoga was first brought to Finland by Vertical Club. Maximum number of participants is 11.

Aerial Hoop: Aerial Hoop is a large circle shaped trapeze. This class is a great and fun workout for the whole body. You will learn basic tricks on aerial hoop and even get to go upside down if you choose to. The tricks can be made easier or harder depending on the skill level of the group.

Hammock Tricks: Hammock is fabric loop that hangs from the ceiling at hip height. In this class you will get to climb, twist, spin and hang upside down using the hammocks. The difficulty of the class is matched with the skill level of the group, and the tricks can be made easier or harder for individuals, so that everyone gets to feel the joy of flying. No need to go upside down if you don’t want to.

Aerial Dance: Dancing and tricks – in this class you will learn a short choreography using the hammocks. At first you will go through some basic tricks that are then combined into an elegant and flowing choreography. No need to go upside down if you don’t want to. If requested in advance, you can pick the song for the choreography.

Burlesque: (No pole dancing.) In this class you will learn to bump and grind, shimmy and shake. We will enjoy our feminine side with a bit of humour. Depending on the wishes of the group the class can include a fun and energetic choreography or just focus on sensual movement and for example different ways of taking off a pair of long gloves. But no more than gloves are coming off in this class. Burlesque is a good choice for big groups (more than 15 participants).

 

Private classes (duration 75min-90min):

CircusMIX (combination of two disciplines): Can’t choose between two of your favourite disciplines? CircusMIX is a combination of two classes of your choosing (45 min each). If you choose two classes that require different clothing (eg. pole dancing and aerial yoga), there is a short break in between to change clothes.
