We provide a wide variety of classes, from total beginners to ultimate professionals! Check the weekly schedule from our online booking system. Follow the color codes for different levels of classes, register and book your class today! The main teaching language in all our classes is Finnish, but all the instructors are happy to help you in English as well.

 

Cancellation policy: Please remember to cancel your reservation no later than 12 hours before the class. For unused bookings we charge the normal price of a single class. For urgent cancellations please send a SMS to the studio number: +358 44 3500535. To avoid the no show payment, urgent cancellations need to be made at least 3 hours before the class.

Pole Dancing classes:

Clothes & accessories: Short shorts, training top. A towel and drinking bottle. No rings, hanging earrings or other jewelry damaging pole or being hazardous to trainer!

Pole Intro:  For first-timers and beginners only! You can start practicing pole dancing whenever you want from this level. The class covers introduction to safety issues, basic spins and other pole dance movements. No inversions, static pole only! Duration: 60 min.

Pole 1: For beginners. You will learn more basic pole dancing tricks and increase your skills on pole. Your strength and flexibility will increase as well. Static pole. Duration: 60 min.

Pole 1/2: For beginners, a technique class between levels Pole 1 and Pole 2. You will learn more basic pole dancing tricks and increase your skills on pole. Your strength and flexibility will increase as well. Mostly static pole. Duration: 60 min.

Pole 2: For intermediate level pole dancers. You have already taken few Pole 1-level classes and have intermediate skills. Combinations of tricks and movements will be added on this level. You will get a touch to spinning mode pole. Duration: 60 min.

  • Pole 2 Flow: You have already taken few Pole 2 -level classes and have intermediate skills. Combinations of tricks and movements will be done together with music. The idea of the class is to utilize Pole 2 level tricks to create short routines and sequences resulting in the “flow” style. Spinning and static pole will be used. Duration: 75 min.

Pole 2/3: Intermediate level between Pole 2 and Pole 3-levels. More advanced tricks, flips and inversions will be practiced, also on spinning pole. Suitable for students having already a relatively good physical condition. Duration: 75 min.

  • Pole 2/3 Flow: This class utilizes spinning and static modes of pole to create smooth Pole 2 and 2/3-level trick combinations and nice transitions between movements. Suitable for students having already a relatively good physical condition. Come to challenge yourself with flow-style routines! Suitable for Pole 2/3-level students. Duration 75 min.

Pole 3: This is a good start for advanced pole technique classes! Advanced level tricks, combos and spins will be taught. Both spinning and static pole will be used.  Requires good  physical condition. Duration: 75 min. 

  • Pole 3 Flow: The emphasis is to create smooth trick combinations and nice transitions between movements. Spinning and static pole. Come to challenge yourself with “flow” style routines! Duration: 75 min.

Pole 3/4: This advanced class is made for customers having a longer history in pole dancing and in general acrobatics. More challenging tricks from international pole dancing competitions will be taught. Spinning and static pole modes. Requires strength, flexibility and good body control. Suitable for professional pole dancers as well! Duration: 75 min.

Pole 4: This advanced class is our most challenging pole technique class. It’s made for customers having a longer history in pole dancing and in general acrobatics. Novel tricks from international pole dancing competitions/social media will be taught. Spinning and static pole modes. Requires very good strength, flexibility and good body control. Suitable for professional pole dancers as well! Consult always the instructor before joining this class. Duration: 75 min.

Open Level Class: This class is an open level class being suitable for Pole 1-level students onwards! The class offers you different challenge levels, so you can pick your own movements. Warm-ups and strength training will be done together in the beginning with the instructor. Half of the class will be trained together with the given movements. In the end you can practice your own movements or ask instructor’s advices to your problematic tricks. Duration: 60 min. Not available at the moment!

Pole Classique: Open level pole dance class, where you can wear your high heels or platform shoes (recommended). The class requires already some basic level pole dancing experience to be able to get most out of the class: basic climbing, inversion, knee hang etc. The emphasis of this pole class is to practice classical style pole dancing by combining movements to short sequences or longer choreographies. Non-marking shoes/platforms!! Age limit 16 years. Duration 75 min.

 

Flying Pole classes:

We are offering Flying Pole classes on three levels: Flying Pole Intro, Flying Pole 1 and Flying Pole 2.

Flying Pole Intro: Flying Pole Intro is suitable for all pole dancers willing to try Flying Pole for the first time. The class includes getting to know the apparatus, learning how to get on and off the pole safely and gracefully, spinning and basic level pole tricks taken in the air. No inversions. Duration: 60 min.

Flying Pole 1: Flying Pole 1 is suitable for intermediate and advanced pole dancers who have tried Flying Pole at least once before. The class includes learning new ways of getting on the pole and climbing to the top, taking inverts and basic inversion tricks in the air, short combos and flows and floorwork. Duration: 60 min. 

Flying Pole 2: Flying Pole 2 is for advanced pole dancers who are ready to take their pole tricks in the air. Participants should be comfortable with climbing, spinning and inverting on Flying Pole. In this class you will learn more advanced tricks (including aysha), combos and poses and play with the wrist sling. Duration: 75 min.

Aerial Yoga classes:

Aerial Yoga is a new type of training that uses a fabric hammock as a tool to help students achieve the traditional Yoga positions and to combine Yoga to acrobatics. Our Aerial Yoga is uniquely developed for beginners through all levels of experience. No previous aerial, acrobatic, or yoga experience is necessary.

Clothes & accessories: Long-leg elastic training pants and sporty top/t-shirt. No shoes. A training towel and drinking bottle. No rings, hanging earrings or other jewelry that might damage the hammocks or be dangerous to the trainer!

Aerial Yoga Intro:  For first-timers and beginners only! You can start practicing Aerial Yoga whenever you want from this level. No previous experience or background in yoga is required. Safety training and use of hammock will be taught. You will learn the basics of Aerial Yoga training. No inversions or handstands. Duration: 60 min.

Aerial Yoga Soft: Suitable for beginners, pregnant women (first trimester) and those, who want to do restorative training. This class does not include hard strength movements. Some easy inversions will be done. Perfect start for the day! Duration: 60 min.

Aerial Yoga Beginners: Suitable for beginners. You will learn more basic level movements with hammocks and you will develop your strength and flexibility further. Easy inversions are included to the class. Duration: 60 min.

Aerial Yoga Intermediate: You have taken aerial yoga classes before. More challenging poses will be added to the basic routines. Requires somewhat good physical condition. This class includes handstands and other inversion movements. Duration: 60 min.

Aerial Yoga Flow: An advanced aerial yoga class with smooth transitions and flow style sequences! You have taken aerial yoga classes before. More challenging poses will be added to the basic routines. Requires good physical condition. This class includes handstands and other inversion movements and more complicated tricks/transitions between movements. Duration: 60 min.

 

Hammock classes:

Hammock and Silks Intro:  For first-timers and beginners only! You can start practicing silks and hammock whenever you want from this level. No previous experience or background in acrobatics is required. Safety training and use of silks and hammock will be taught. You will learn the basics of silks and hammock training. Consult the teacher when is the time to move forward to the Beginner level classes. Duration: 60 min.  Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY!

Hammock Tricks 1:  Acrobatic tricks with aerial hammocks! Fun and efficient class full of aerial acrobatics. Includes inversions and other tricks. This is a beginners class – Silks and hammock- Intro class is recommended before coming to this class. Includes warm-ups. Duration 60 min. Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY!

Hammock Tricks 2Intermediate level acrobatic tricks with hammocks! Fun and efficient class full of aerial acrobatics. Includes inversions and other tricks: you are already familiar with using a hammock. This class requires certain level of strength and flexibility to practice safely. Includes warm-ups. Duration 75 min. Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY!

Hammock Tricks 3:  Advanced level acrobatic tricks with hammocks! Includes inversions,  climbing, flexibility moves and tricks that require strength. To attend this class you need to have a good hammock vocabulary and you need to be able invert from standing on the hammock. Includes warm-ups. Duration 75 min. Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY!

Hammock Flow This nice and easy class combines hammock tricks into beautiful dancing choreography! Includes inversions, flips and turns. This class does not include any yoga training. The class is open level class, but you must be comfortable with basic inversions with the fabric. Duration: 75 min.  Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY!

Silks Classes:

Hammock and Silks Intro:  For first-timers and beginners only! You can start practicing Aerial silks and hammock whenever you want from this level. To attend this class you need to know the basic moves on silks. Consult the instructor before joining this class. Includes warm-ups. Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY! Duration: 75 min.

Silks 3: Advanced level acrobatic tricks with aerial silks! Includes inversions and other more complicated silk tricks. This is an advanced class – the upper body strength and stamina must have been gained already. Consult the instructor before joining this class. Includes warm-ups. Clothes: Long-leg elastic training pants and sport t-shirt (covers armpits). NO JEWELRY! Duration: 75 min.

Silks Flow: Open level silks class with a twist of dance! The tricks and combination of tricks can be varied for different difficulty levels. A small choreography will be done during the class. Previous experience with silks is required. This class includes inversions.  Duration: 75 min.

Aerial Hoop Classes:

Aerial hoop, also known as cerceau or lyra, is an amazing circus apparatus that will tone and condition your whole body. You don’t have to be a circus star to join to classes- just come as you are! Aerial Hoop is appropriate for all shapes and sizes and is suitable for men and women.

Clothes& accessories: Long trousers/leggings covering the back part of your knees. A towel and drinking bottle. No rings, hanging earrings or other jewelry damaging hoops or being hazardous to trainer!

Aerial Hoop Intro: Suitable for first-timers and beginners! You can start practicing Aerial Hoop whenever you want from this level. No previous experience or background in acrobatics is required. Safety training and use of aerial hoop will be taught. Learn how to activate your core and build the strength you’ll need to get up and into the hoop! No inversions. Duration: 60 min

Aerial Hoop 1: This beginner level class teaches you more basic level movements and tricks with hoop. You will develop your strength and flexibility further. Easy inversions will be included. Duration: 60 min.

Aerial Hoop 2: This intermediate level class requires somewhat good physical condition and flexibility. You have taken acrobatics classes beforehand. Includes more complicated tricks, inversions and combinations of different tricks.Consult instructor before joining this class. Duration: 75 min.

Aerial Hoop 3: This advanced level class requires good physical condition and flexibility. You have taken aerial hoop classes beforehand and you master already all the basics inverted tricks, lifts and safety training. Includes more complicated tricks, inversions and combinations of different tricks. Consult instructor before joining this class. Duration: 75 min.

Aerial Hoop Flow: Open level hoop class with a twist of dance! The tricks and combination of tricks can be varied for different difficulty levels. A small choreography will be done during the class. Previous experience with the aerial hoop is required. This class includes inversions. Duration: 75 min.

 

Other Classes:

Power Workout: In this class you’ll train all your main muscles from head to toe! Increases strength and power. Suitable for everyone! Duration: 60 min.

Pole Party: Getting your exercise done has never been this fun! In this 60-minute class we will build up short dance choreographies and dance them zumba style, with and without pole. Pole Party does wonders to your aerobic endurance. The class is suitable for pole dancers of all levels and includes no pole technique training. Duration: 60 min.

Functional training: The class combines strength training and body maintenance for pole dancers and aerialists. The class is designed considering the requirements and special characteristics of these sports. It’s an open level class and suitable for everyone. Duration: 60 min.

StretchingA basic deep stretching class. Restorative class! All big muscle groups will be first warmed up and then stretched with long lasting, elastic movements. Duration: 60min. Suitable for all!

Handstands & Acro 1: Hand balancing and floor acrobatics class for beginners. In this class you will learn somersaults, cartwheels, handstands and other floor acrobatics tricks safely. No prerequisites. Duration: 60 min.

Handstands  & Acro 2: Hand balancing and floor acrobatics class  for intermediate and advanced students. In this class you will learn more challenging variations of basic floor acrobatics tricks and handstands. You should already be comfortable with giving your weight on your hands. The class requires some strength, flexibility and body control. Duration: 60 min.

Aerial Stretching:  This class is a very effective deep stretching class with hammocks – suitable for all training levels! Yoga hammocks, yoga blocks or other equipments will be used to facilitate correct alignments of the positions. Might include inversions in the end of the class.
